The thesis project questions the meaning of regeneration, focusing on the recovery of a place, that once was theatre of important social transformations, and today in a state of abandon. The approach focused on a reduced scale, that of the human body, which by living a space full of traces and memories, modifies it in a conscious way. By weakly acting on the territory, it is possible to heal the wounds gradually. All that the place asks is the healing action of man, who inhabiting the space, shapes it and adapts it to its needs. This is how projects on primary needs, like water, fire, light, matter are born. Moreover, by organizing events connected to local handicraft, the project was shared with the collectivity, thus becoming an invitation, a call to become involved with the topic.
